Joaquín is a 10-year-old boy who, without realizing it yet, is approaching his teen years. On the eve of Mother’s Day 2000, his family prepares for the celebration. However, a dispute between his father and sister shakes the fragile balance that keeps the house in harmony. Between the changes in his body and the perplexity with which he witnesses the world around him, Joaquín faces his sister’s runaway from home and the breakdown of the family structure.
