The inhiretance

After the death of her father, Amalia receives a letter with the promise of an inheritance; she goes to a big house in Medellín where her half-brother Carmelo is waiting for her. As they talk, the walls of the house become deteriorated, while the furniture and the objects disappear, without either of them noticing. As their conversation goes on, Amalia realizes that there is not much left to inherit. Everything has been split up among an undetermined number of children and the house has turned into an empty shell that seems to depict absence as the true legacy left by her father.
